Support The AFT's methodology is driven by the conviction that Thai people are not seeking a new religion, but rather answers to life's problems and the one true God—desires only Jesus fulfills. Our effective method is simple: we focus on building relationships, sharing testimonies, and emphasizing a relationship with Jesus over religion. We allow the Holy Spirit to convict and transform lives naturally, without imposing foreign cultural norms, successfully expanding the Gospel throughout Thailand.

Bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every village in Thailand.
The "Going Wide" initiative begins with the intentional outreach to every village, road, and lane in Thailand, searching for people of peace to introduce to Jesus and the Gospel. This crucial first step immediately transitions into the core mission: providing ongoing discipleship training (Level 1) to every new believer. AFT church planters teach practical skills in real-world settings, ensuring every new follower receives the consistent education necessary to solidify their faith and successfully develop into a faithful disciple of Jesus.

Establish strong leadership in each village church to support and nurture the believers.
Going Deep is designed specifically to equip village church members who are called by Jesus to lead or plant local churches. This comprehensive Level 2 training provides invaluable biblical knowledge and leadership skills, helping leaders deepen their spiritual growth and gain practical ministry tools. Ultimately, this initiative is essential for cultivating the strong, capable leadership that will drive the expansion of the Gospel throughout Thailand.

Develop committed district church leaders who will strengthen the Body of Christ in these villages, districts, and provinces, now and into the future.
AFT strategically prepares its future leadership through the Going Strong initiative. Senior leaders carefully assess Going Deep leaders, selecting those who demonstrate exceptional dedication and leadership potential for this advanced training. Throughout Level 3, individuals gain deeper biblical knowledge and skills for leading at different organizational levels. These leaders are mentored to fill critical roles: some become "Apostle Pauls," responsible for planting new district churches, while others become "Timothys and Titus’s," leading existing districts to enable further expansion. This intentional approach enhances AFT's capacity, maximizes leader potential, and ensures leadership continuity for future growth.
