AFT Leadership Training

AFT Leadership Training is a hands-on discipleship program that moves beyond traditional classroom lectures or event training sessions. It integrates continuous, real-world practice that starts from the time a person becomes a new believer, a village church leader  and some advance to be a district church leader or senior church planter. 

This comprehensive system ensures leaders apply their knowledge in actual real-life scenarios. This practical approach safeguards leadership continuity, guaranteeing a well-prepared individual is always ready to step in seamlessly.

Level 1 - Going Wide Training

Overview
This level offers basic discipleship training for all who believe in Jesus.

Objectives
To develop a deep understanding of what following Jesus Christ entails.
To gain a comprehensive grasp of the Gospel.
Learn to live out your faith in Jesus in meaningful ways.
To be baptized.
To become an effective witness to their friends and neighbors.

6 months to 1 year

Level 2 - Going Deep Training

Overview
This level is tailored for church members who have received a call from Jesus to lead a village church or become a church planter. This level provides comprehensive discipleship training and hands-on experience in carrying out the Great Commission.

Objectives
Become an effective disciple maker.
Join a team that plants more village churches.
Learn how to find “people of peace” in new areas. Become a leader of a village church
Guide people in their knowledge of Jesus.
Be able to teach all Level1 courses
Continue to grow in faith through hands-on experience and ongoing learning.

Level 3 - Going Strong Training

Overview
AFT's Going Strong training prepares individuals who are called to lead district churches. Based on Biblical qualifications, these leaders receive intensive Biblical training at the FJCCA center. Upon completion, some become "Apostle Pauls" who plant new district churches, while others become "Timothy's or Titus’s" who lead existing churches.

Objectives
Be able to teach all courses from Level 1 and Level 2 to others.
Regularly visit, motivate, and disciple all the village church leaders and members in the district they oversee.
Encourage, counsel, and pray for them.
Continually enhance their own understanding of the Bible and what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
Understand the Biblical qualifications to lead a district church.
Become an effective preacher and leader of a district church.
